What to Expect
When you arrive at Kings Veterinary Hospital, you will be greeted by one of our friendly receptionists. We will have a New Client Registration Form for you to fill out and will ask you for your pet’s medical records. If you do not have a copy of their records, please have the name and phone number of your previous veterinarian so that we can make sure that our records are accurate and up to date.
We keep exceptionally thorough notes so the more information you can provide us, the better. While you are filling out your paperwork, we will get your records copied and organized. Please allow approximately 15 minutes for this process (it is best to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow the most efficient check-in process).
